I will need to know more about what should appear in a language guide, since my knowlege comes from the student end. Also, I think the podcast idea makes sense, I'm not sure but their might be one on lojban.org, though that shouldn't stop you. I would be interested in seeing if parts of the podcasts could be used as audio.
