"sei lo krati fo lo rirni cu te preti" is a free modifier, = it's not
part of the quote:

"lu xu do jimpe su'o valsi --sei lo krati fo lo rirni cu te preti-= - .i
xu tu tarti lo nu mi'o bebna li'u"
