No, how did you get that?  Single consonants between vowels belon= g to the following vowel.   So, of course, the syllables of "tci= du" are "tci" and "du".  "Klama" is "kla" and "ma".
But the final phonemes of each of those gismu are "u" and "a", respect= ively.
