Since items can be used in multiple lessons, it's relatively easy to make one lesson for all three- which also helps out learners, who could then choose how they want to learn the gismu. As such. The current lesson "Lojban gismu", will contain all the items as in 3), and two more lessons created: "Lojban gismu - place structure" would be as 1), and "Lojban gismu- sumti" would be as 2).
