Not quite.  "Lojbab" doesn;t mean 'logical soap', though it is plausible
if not correct that it is a name derived from the phrase.  What John was
saying, though, is that an actual predicate word (which 'lojbab' isn't since
it is morphologically a name) can also be marked with "la".

"la lojyzbabu" IS the thing called "logical soap".
