X-To: lojban@cuvmb.cc.columbia.edu X-Cc: conlang@buphy.bu.edu To: John Cowan , Eric Raymond , Eric Tiedemann Status: RO A linguist has expressed interest in using Lojban in linguistics research, specifically in the area of semantics. I don't have time to write up the details for the List in general - maybe in a week or two when I know more. However, I am interested in finding out who if any among the readership are professional linguists who would be potentially interested in something of this nature, either to participate in planning and/or conducting such research, or in advising/consulting with those who are doing so. I know a few of you, and have contacted you directly, but I want to make sure that I don't miss anyone that I've forgotten or don't know well. I'm copying this to conlang in case there is someone there to whom this query applies as well. ---- lojbab = Bob LeChevalier, President, The Logical Language Group, Inc. 2904 Beau Lane, Fairfax VA 22031-1303 USA 703-385-0273 lojbab@grebyn.com
