(1) What is the difference between _parbi_ ("ratio") and _dilcu_ ("quotient")?

(2) Why does Lojban need MEX expressions and rules for bracketing precedence
when there already exist gismu for mathematical operations & the grammar
to handle bracketing of these? Is it killing one bird with two stones
again, or is there a crucial difference?
