That which is true of "lo broda" must be true of each of (some of) them separately; that which is true of "ro lo broda" must be true of each of (all of) them separately; that which is true of "loi broda" may or may not be true of any of them separately. I think that Nick's "xu'a" is just "jo'a", the UI which affirms the correctness of an expression (vs. je'u which affirms the correctness of the >content< of the expression).
