You've been doing all that neat work on the lujvo place structures, and seem to have as good a handle on the process of deciding them as anyone, as well as firmer opinions than most. It has occurred to me that we will need something written on the topic for the dictionary, and indeed you and I discussed this once, when you were rather more a dikyjvo fan than you seem to be these days. What I'd like to see, would be a paper along the lines of one of Cowan's papers, such as the recent tanru one, which sets down some general guidelines (such as the dikyjvo guidelines, but in English ratrher than Carterism) but more importantly going into several examples that display the types of issues that come up in deciding places structures. You obviously have the best handle on the data base for that, hence are the natural person to "volunteer". If you don;t want to try to match Cowan's pedagogical style, fine. I can have him do a rewrite on your results. But you can probably better than him identify the issues (and he says he's tired of writing papers right now anyway). There will be a higher priority - giving me a current revision of all your ckafybarja text including any changes derived from comments on the net. As stated in the separate posting, I intend to publish the ckafybarja writings in their best current form at publication date, subject to the comments on my proposal in that messsage. I of course will be especially interested in your comments, since it was your proposal that started the ball rolling in my mind when I finally had time to think about it (I've been running on pure adrenalin for 24 hours + since then, more Lojban enthusiasm than I've had for weeks; I hope others like the idea) lojbab
