In writing? I have no form; whatever; you can always mail me. My search
for free photocopying has proved abortive so far (oh, to be back at my
summer job in the Public service...), but I can get 6c a page, which for
100p of JL is $6 Australian, which is... well, personally I'd reduce two
pages to one and have done for $3, but I'll leave that up to the recipients.
If anyone out there has access to free photocopying, they can do the
distributing. Major, are Chris and I the only recipients of JL from you
in Australasia?
