Dave said tonite that you said at one point that oz is cut off from IRC
use.  I did not recall this (bad line retyping:) I did not recall this; please confirm one
way or another.  I'm asking grebyn to have IRC available by LogFest in July,
in case it is useful either as an activity Lojbanic, or as a means of including
you and Colin into the annual meeting.
