inside-clothes was my idea, but Nora wasn't too hot on it since it is ambiguous
between clothes for indoors, and clothes worn inside other clothes.  Thus
she suggested the covered-clothes.  Which works, but takes a 3rd rafsi before
you even start trying to classify by gender or whatever when the kids DO get
old enough to care.
