Sorry I've been so sloppy in incorporating new lujvo into the list.

Yes. Strange I didn't already get back to you on this. Now that we have 
located all the lujvo in text where we would, yes, give optimal forms.

Is there any reason why the glosses and the definitions for the jvoste
can't be interleaved? Sounds like a trivial job in UNIX (I'm not sure
how trivial, of course :)
