I guess fuhivla are "new" to me, I don't remember anything about them from when I last was involved about a year-and-a-half or so ago. I see the point about extending them to cities. I agree that something fuhivla are needed, since I felt odd about countries and ethnics groups getting gismu. There are far more groups that are available in the gismu space, so if fuhivla fill this, then great.
