As the recent spam demonstrated, Lojban List does not have screening to
restrict postings to LIst members, unlike some listservs (most notably
conlang).  Thus people  who must be manually subscribed under some address
different than the address that the Listserv recognizes for you are still
able to post.

This question has come up a few times before - so this proof is a useful
reminder.
