If i'm understanding things correctly, cadzu does NOT specify a destination, but mearly the ACT of walking, thus using it in this sentence would imply that alice and rick are walking ON the student meeting, not towards it. Yes, lojbab, i'm on lesson 16 already :-) Anyway... is my gismu list just out of date or is there indeed an error here? co'o mi'e glyn.
