Dear Bob, 

	I have been unable to study due to problems at the WWW server (i
would have sent the person who maintins the archive had i been able to get
his address). I cannot get it to load the page properly, it always stops
tranmission somewhere in the middle. Subsequent reloading of the document
does not help. 

	Do you know about this problem already?
