I was thinking of it as the time encompassed by all days of a given
kind. I don't think it's such a good idea to make {jefydje} a lujvo
whose x1 is not a period of time.

But anyway, with your definition:

        mi klama le zarci ca ro jeftu ca lo mintu jefydje cmima

{ca lo cmima be lo jefydje poi mintu lei drata}, if you don't want tanru.

A more complicated one would be "I read all kinds of books", because
here we want the quantifier of "kind" before the one of "book".
(In your example, both are existential quantifiers and commute without
problem.)

The only way I can think of doing that is:

        ro selcku selcmi zo'u: mi tcidu lo selcku pe sy

roldei:  x1 is a quotidian activity (i.e. it belongs to that
  set of quotidian activities that you had defined.)

I think your problem is not with the tanru but with {lei}, which
in this case selects only those quotidian activities that happen
today.

    ca le cabdei mi ba'o gasnu ro lo mi roldei selzukte pe le cabdei
