I don't know much about UK postal codes. Is this extra digit a local thing or is it coming to be standard elsewhere (i.e. are most codes going to be adding a digit there? I would like your general opinion on the state of the list the last several months. I sense something wrong in that the endless heavy discussion of logical issues has drowned out everything else. I don't know if anyone other than the posters are reading it. I'm pretty sure Nick isn't. Are you?
