Why >can't the different ways of running be handled with tanru or lujvo off >{bajra}? Out of my expertise. I think I once heard that the 4 gaits of horses were walk/canter/trot/gallop, and that the middle two had no obvious counterpart for 2-leggeds. There may be other gaits, for all I know, and I guess you could call skipping a gait that is neither a walk nor a run. So I think of cadzu mostly in terms of simple motion on limbs. Anything more complex than that is probably some form of bajra. And various kinds of human walking I guess could be called "te bajra" - ever seen an Olympic walker - that may be a walking gait but it isn't a normal one. Or we can add a gait place to cadzu. Painful but if needed ... As for what to put in that place - I think some suggested lujvo for gallop etc. at one point. fu'ivla (le'avla) are for sissies %^) Here are the existing lujvo proposals in Nick's lujvo3 list: >mijyxirbajra#middle+horse+run:trot, medium speed:$bajra $=xirma1 $bajra2 $bajra3 $bajra4 >pipybajra#leap+run:gallop, skip:$bajra1 $=plipe1 $bajra2 $bajra3 $bajra4 >pipybajykla#leap+run+come:gallop, skip:$bajra1 $=plipe1 $=klama1 $klama2 $klama3 $klama4 $klama5 >pipyvelbajra#leap+4th-place-of+run:gallop, skip:$bajra4 $bajra2 $bajra3 $bajra1 $=plipe1 >snobajykla#slow+run+come:trot, jog:$bajra1 $=klama1 $=masno1 $klama2 $klama3 $klama4 $bajra2 $bajra3 $bajra4 >sutxirkla#fast+horse+come:to gallop:$klama1 $=sutra1 $klama2 $klama3 $klama4 $klama5 $=xirma1 >sutxirvelbajra#fast+horse+4th-place-of+run:gallop:$bajra4 $bajra3 $bajra2 $bajra1 $=xirma1 $=sutra1 >xirdutybajykla#horse+opposite+run+come:trot:$bajra1 $=klama1 $=xirma1 $klama2 $klama3 $klama4 lojbab
