Attempts to run Wildone fail because VBRUN300.dll can not be found.  Is this
a dll that I should commonly have??

My internet access via UVA continues to be irritatingly error prone.  It is
not unusual for a telnet attempt to fail to find panix, when a subsequent
finger of a panix user produces the correct result.  Similarly, when Eudora
first comes up it can not find "sunrise.gbus.virginia.edu", but a subsequent
direct request to retrieve mail works fine.
