A highly condensed form of the "4th tense" discussion is now available
at ftp://ftp.access.digex.net/pub/access/lojbab/4thtense.  The upshot of
the discussion was: no changes were made to the language, and some clarifying
language about the subjectivity of tense was added to the reference grammar.
