I made 3 errors before I had one line out, and gave up. It will be a long while before I comfortable put Lojban text up on Lojban List in Lojban given my inability to use a real editor (I refuse to use the Unix stuff). IRC presumes that there will be lots of garbles, but the standard for email is a bit too high for me - or at least my standard is. At any rate, it is permitted that LLG voting members, especially those out-of- country who canot attend, are permitted and indeed encouraged to suggest agenda items for the LogFest annual meeting, and to submit statements and/or proxies regarding their views on those topics. If internationalvoting membership is going to meaningfully work, the international members have to be more than token figureheads. I will leave it to you and others to decide what LLG issues are worthwhile being disucssed at LogFest, and to make your own stands. LLG annual meetings are the one place where I prove to myself AND to the world that I am not a JCB-style autocrat %^). Believe it or not - I ENJOY being outvoted once in a while when the other members care enough to do so. lojbab
