Any way to let the > altavista folks know what the hit weightings ought to be? With 22 million pages in the database, I think they'll not bother to adjust the weightings of a single, rather insignificant (on the global scale, that is), page. The only way I can think of is to reduce the page title to a single word - Lojban - and wait for their robot to scan our server and/or submit the modified page. The main trouble at the moment is the lack of disk space at altavista: the page count has hovered at 22M for the past several weeks, and new pages are quite unlikely to appear in the listings although the robots seem to be roaming around gathering data. I'll modify the title, however, and try submitting the change. co'o mi'e veion --------------------------------- .i mi du la'o sy. Veijo Vilva sy. ---------------------------------
