For resolving the magnitude problem, I think it possible without any new
grammar.

So, for "I went to the store 20 minutes ago."  I would use:
       .i mi klama lo zarci calo puzi mentu beli reno
          I went to the store simultaneous with the nearest-in-the-past
          minutes of 20.
