The correct url to ftp the new grammer is:

ftp://ftp.access.digex.net/pub/access/lojbab/machine-grammars/grammar.247

lojbab put an extra < * > in his citation. If you have trouble fetching the
file directly, retrieve the ftp directory by first invoking:

ftp://ftp.access.digex.net/pub/access/lojbab/machine-grammars/

then picking <grammer.247> from the pick list.

Incidently, the ftp address for the lojban ftp site as given on Veijo's WWW
lojban page misspells access as acces.
