  I started working on it but never finished the job. I formatted
  just a short segment from the beginning to see what kind of
  problems I'd encounter. Furthermore, I tried to find ways of
  reducing the number of pages as I'd have liked to print it out
  with an inkjet printer (I can't stand the laserjet pigments).
  Then the PC with the files was stolen (along with 22 others)
  and I had other things to worry about.
