Hi,

I'm wondering what work has been done to investigate lojban's use in
translation between languages, especially in regards to information
retrieval.

I've been a fan of lojban since around 1987, but only recently have I
become involved in Information Retrieval here at Berkeley.  Our work for
the TREC conference has led to investigating multilingual information
retrieval.
