We can't put an order form in, since it would be talking about packages and stuff that are (hopefully) hopefully going to be obsolete long before the book is obsolete. There is a reference to the Web page on the copyright page. I can discuss with Cowan whether there is anything else of a soliciting nature that can reasonably be put on that page. lojbab
