The refgrammer baselining defines a point after which it would be useful to
maintain an archive of lojban list communication. Some of the issues
discussed in the prebaselining period were resolved by decisions Cowan made
in writing the refgrammer. So I suggest we make sure that a simple
searchable archive be maintained on the lojban web page. (The archive or
the search engine was broken, I don't know if Veijo has fixed it.)
