Yes, I know that primary stress will resolve these cases.

However, the stress for cmavo is not restricted.  Therefore it
is possible to say "lo RE spa JI pci" and this can be either
"lo RE spaJIPci" with a stressed cmavo or "lo REspa JIPci" as two gismu.
