The simplest and most painless for the administrator is to send out a
digest version. Most listserv software supports some sort of digest
subscription type, which accumulates all the messages for 24 hours, then
sends em all in one package. I subscribe to several lists that take this
approach. It is much easier to follow what is going on when the messages
are not scattered throughout your mail.
