I'm not sure of your intent with {mo'u}. It is an aspect
on the whole bridi, so it indicates that the seeming/appearance
is completed, but  "seeming" is not normally seen as a process
that would require completion. Perhaps you meant {no'u}?

If you meant {no'u}, the following comment does not apply.
{semau le bicysakta} by itself would mean that the whole event
of the vinegar appearing sweet is being compared with
honey. I try to avoid the use of {semau} as much as possible
because it's usually confusing. I prefer to use {zmadu} directly,
so I would say:

  le palcau sarvanju cu zmadu le bicysakta le ka simlu le ka titla

Also, I'm not sure about {palcau}. Is it supposed to mean "free"?
I would prefer something like {nonseldi'a} ("zero-priced") or
{nonselve'u} ("zero-sold-for"), but this is a matter of taste,
I suppose.
