I have no problem paying for the book, if it will help pay for the printing.
It's just, I don't want to have one hard copy - I'd like to be able to give
copies to others, and that I can do only with an electronic copy.

So what I'm actually saying is, can I purchase the book, and get an
electronic copy instead or in addition?
