Not "jdice"! It sounds as if some World Hunger and Malnutrition
Organization (WHMO) sets the quotas to be achieved each year.
I think "kancu" or some variation, "smadykancu"?

Also, I don't like at all the structure:

  binonoki'oki'o prenu cu pilji li panono le ni ...

I think the three arguments of pilji are of the same type
(numbers) and you can't have a mixture like that, especially
the people in x1. You are saying that each of them are
the product of the number 100 and the ni thing.

Maybe something like:

i smadykancu lei xagji joi se xladja prenu pe vi le munje
li ji'i binonoki'oki'o noi xecto le se klani be lei prenu
poi ca ro nanca ke'a ca'a mrobi'o

We're still missing the "from it".
