Yes, that's good. >You could then put >all the results of malnutrition first, i.e. "i le nu mrobi'o po'onai e le >nu selzu'i viska e le simsa cu se rinka le nu ru'i se xladja", which >slightly changes the order of the original, but makes it so you don't need >to assign a "ko'a". I don't mind much changing the order, but "besides" has the additional connotation that it is old information, so maybe "po'onai bi'unai". >In addition, I think that there should be a "pro-sumti" which refers to >the sumti in the prenex in a sentence such as this. In my opinion, >"ce'u" would probably work, since in most cases its use as an >abstraction focus would have the same referrent if both happened >to be used at the same time. If people think there may be a >conflict, we could always make a new cmavo. I don't think "ce'u" works, its function is to keep an argument of a function or property open, and that is not what we want here. This is a regular pronoun, so if ko'a is too heavy, in this case "ra" works, or a letter pronoun. Would it have to be "ny" or "my"? >How about "zukte lo sampu ji'a" for "function at even a basic level"? >I'm not sure what "unbroken" means. "spofu" means x1 is broken/not usable for function x2, so to me "tolspofu" means x1 is in operating order/ functioning/usable for function x2. Perhaps "nalspofu" would be better? Maybe. I don't know whether spofu/nalspofu/tolspofu can be used for people as well as for machines, but I don't see why not. "zukte" has the additional burden of intention, which I didn't think was there in "function at even a basic level". co'o mi'e xorxes ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com --------------------------- ONElist Sponsor ---------------------------- Looking for the lowest refinance rate for your mortgage?
