Surely this is a mere matter of scope. "For a moreth time Ex, a loaf, He eat x" versus "Ex, a loaf, for a moreth time he eat x". I guess you'd Lojban that by using "[moreth] time ku da" versus "da [moreth time] ku", though I don't know how to do "moreth time".
