That makes sense when spe= aking (you need to refer to them with some name), but when writing, wouldn'= t you use "/" or the French =AB/=BB ? I'm guessing that I haven't seen tha= t in my limited writing because the tutorials wanted to emphasize the corre= ct terms for "/". The tutorials use lu/li'u to mean=20 quote/unquote.  That makes sense when speaking (you need to refer to t= hem=20 with some name), but when writing, wouldn't you use "/" or the French=20 =AB/=BB=20 ?  I'm guessing that I haven't seen that in my limited writing because= the=20 tutorials wanted to emphasize the correct terms for "/".
