Not that I know of, but a couple of people have tried to adapt Tolkien's Elvish Tengwar to write Lojban http://grey.havens.free.fr/lojban-tengwar/en/frames.html http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/tengwar/lojban-tengwar.html This actually makes sense, since Tengwar encodes the phonetic structure of a phoneme into the alphabetic symbol. It is a "logical" alphabet.
