That suggests something like {jikyjuxtra}.

Maybe something like {sezjinru}, "self-immersed", as a variation
on {sezga'o}. I'm not sure I see how the metaphor with ganlo works,
given its full place structure: Is the person compared to a portal,
preventing access to their own interior from the outside?
