Don't forget the trillions of dollars of installed point of sales equipment. (Or typewriters. Or, to a lesser extent, embedded systems. While only a small percentage of them would ever need to deal with user names, etc, a small percentage of the billions of embedded systems produced every year is nothing to sneeze at.
