Well, if you're interested, jbvolaste is a Perl app over Mason with Postgres on the back end. You could probably hack the dictionary generation to do other forms of dumps. I have no idea what would be most useful, but people seem to get all frothy over XML these days. You'll need a dk account (aka digitalkingdom.org, aka lojban.org).
