Er, don't you mean "cannot donate EVERY organ" ? To say that you cannot donate ANY organ means to me that no organ can be donated. To say that you cannot donate EVERY organ means to me that there are some organs that cannot be donated. Regardless, you probably mean "There exist organs that must not be used in donations".
