Any idea what's going on? Unfortunately, yes. Yahoogroups violates the SMTP standard by not resending when the remote server reports a temporary failure. My system is currently using greylist, which means it reports temporary failures *a* *lot*. Some mails were getting through from yahoogroups, but only under very specialized circumstances. What this was affecting is the bridge from Yahoogroups to the lojban-list local to lojban.org, so theoretically only people on the non-yahoogroups side should have been affected. If someone on the yahoogroups side can confirm they saw these mails, that would be dandy. I had already whitelisted one of yahoogroups' server farms; I've added the other, and I think that covers everything. > Another post I had not seen was stevo's "mi te ganlo fa mi", which > nobody answered perhaps because nobody received it. I doubt that *nobody* received it, as a lot more people are on the yahoogroups list. -Robin -- http://www.digitalkingdom.org/~rlpowell/ *** http://www.lojban.org/ Reason #237 To Learn Lojban: "Homonyms: Their Grate!"
