www.lojban.org and friends are being moved to a new machine; *just*
the web portions.

As a result, at some point within the next 48 hours or so, web
services for lojban.org will go away for a while while I do the
final last-minute database transfers and so on.  After that, things
will be sketchy for a while due to DNS propogation times; there's
nothing I can do about that.

Technical details of the new machine follow for those who care; if
you don't read UNIX, don't bother.
