I think this would both deter abusers, and encourage them to write in Lojban more often. I was about to say that (as is often the case, I've been off-list for some time owing to travel and workload). Some time back, I ran a cyberpunky RPG in which Lojban was the preferred language of technology and geeky conversation, and before long I had players asking me how to say "Your mother is a dog" in Lojban. "le do mamta cu gerku" may be unmarked metaphor, but it's a great thing to come out with in a bar. robin.tr To unsubscribe from this list, send mail to lojban-list-request@lojban.org with the subject unsubscribe, or go to http://www.lojban.org/lsg2/, or if you're really stuck, send mail to secretary@lojban.org for help.
