I agree... well, the best logos make sense after you study them for a
while. Initially, however, all good logos simply "look cool."

Yeah, I find most national flags to lack in the aesthetic category.
Most European flags are "saturated and primary," but they fly in front
of the UN building with pride. I guess I was going for conformity with
that one. Pastel flags are for wussy nations, but I don't advocate
pledging allegiance to an airline, either. I'm open to ways to make
Lojbanistan's colors more convincingly official.

Speaking of which, I just assumed Lojbanistan's colors were red,
white, and blue, because those are the colors in the Lojban logo
(well, I suppose white isn't necessary.) What should they be? What
colors are characteristic of what Lojbanistan stands for? Black and
white? (For the record, as much as I like the "positively creepy"
jbocpi, I don't think it should fly over Lojbanistan.)
