I think that the correct meaning of {banta'a} is "talk about language" and both usages on the page are malglico (or maybe malrusko, though Russian uses "po" with names of languages, which would be more likely to be translated as {bau}). The first, I think, should be {mutce vlatikykai ca lo nu co'a bangu}.
