Do we really need estimating proficiency of Lojban speakers? As Cpt. Miller said, "Our mission is to win the war", or, in other words, our mission is to develop Lojban. At this stage at least. In the first kind of game, the winner is who has most contributed to development of Lojban, not the most proficient speaker. mi'e .ianis.
