The system looks for translations that: - haven't been reviewed by you earlier; - haven't been skipped by you earlier; - are not translations of void posts; - are not abandoned; - fit into your difficulty span; - were not created by a banned user. If you are sure a particular translation doesn't fall under any of these restrictions, and still it doesn't appear in "Review Translations", it's definitely a bug.
